Every single one of our luxury apartments offers space to spread out, complete with a spacious living room area. Our Lubbock apartment homes are ideal for hosting dinners for friends, date nights, or just vegging out and watching TV.

You’ll find our Lubbock apartment community located in south Lubbock, near Route 289 and Slide Road. Some neighborhoods near our apartments include Abbey Glen, Lake Ridge, Vintage Township, and The Falls. We’re also near numerous dining and entertainment options and schools. If you’re in need of student housing, keep our apartments near Texas Tech University in mind!

Allowing pets up to 75 pounds, we offer a home for up to two pets per household. There is a $30 monthly pet rent per pet and a one-time $500 fee. This fee is not refundable.
