I have been living at Sheridan Pond for a while and I must say that it is the best place that I have lived in Oklahoma. I am new to this state, but living at Sheridan Pond I find the people very kind and welcoming. I would like to give a big shout out to KATIE because she has been my go to person since the first day I moved here. This is not to discount the rest of the office staff, they are also very helpful. I would also like to give a thumbs up to the maintenance team. Whenever I have a concern, they are always on top of it immediately, and they always get the job done. Thank you for your hard work. I look forward to remaining at Sheridan Pond Apts as long as I continue to receive the great service and accommodations that are being provided.

Awesome management. They have a nice pool, a fishing pond, exercise center, business center, quiet neighbors that are friendly, maintenance is top notch.

I love living here! I’ve got great Neighbors and everyone in the office is so helpful and nice. Zak and Zeno, the maintenance men, are very friendly and do a great job fixing things. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable!
