Council Place offers two floor plan options for 1 bedroom apartments: a 1 bed/1 bath and a 1 bed/1 bath with a den. Our 1 bedroom apartment floor plan offers 700 sq. ft. which includes a spacious living room area, as well as a private balcony or patio. For extra space, select the 1 bedroom apartment with a den ideal for a home office, a game room, or a study.

Our 2 bedroom apartments offer two separate bathrooms for accommodating guests or roommates. Many of our 3 bedroom apartment homes feature a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for warming up on cold winter nights.

It’s possible to receive your entire security deposit back if your apartment is left in ideal condition. Some of the most common deductions from security fees include fees for carpet cleaning, patching wall damage, or replacing broken fixtures. Any excessive wear and tear beyond standard use may also result in partial deductions.
We welcome both dogs and cats at Council Place. There is no weight limit, though a maximum of two pets is allowed per apartment, and breed restrictions apply. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500, and pet rent is $30 per month.
The application fee, due with the submission of your application, is $75 and covers the cost of administrative paperwork and processing. This application fee is refundable in the event that your application is rejected.
