Here at the Trace of Ridgeland, you’ll find nine distinct Ridgeland apartment floor plans to choose from, with both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments available. Whether you’re a single resident needing space for yourself (and perhaps a furry friend), or looking for a 2-bedroom apartment to make room for your partner or child, you’ll find a great Ridgeland apartment home in our community.

Our Ridgeland apartment community is just south of the heart of Ridgeland, near I-55 and Highway 51. Nearby, you’ll find many restaurants, stores, parks, and more. Old Trace Park, on the banks of Ross R. Barnett Reservoir, is less than four miles from our apartments in Ridgeland.

We allow up to two pets per household with certain breed restrictions applied. The monthly pet rent is $30 per pet with a one-time $400 fee per pet up to 40 pounds. This fee is not refundable.
