They are great apartments with a nice layout. I have lived here for several years and really enjoyed it. Staff is friendly and helpful. They host events. Maintenance is quick to respond. The outside area of apartments is well maintained and kept clean.

Portico is a really nice apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Flawless email communication with management. Maintenance is very helpful when needed and have a very fast response time. This is by far the best apartment in town. I’ve been here for about 3 years and have nothing but good things to say. I don’t see myself leaving here anytime soon!

We absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The community of people are so nice. The apt hosts events and pays attention to details. Our dog loves it here, too! The apartments are spacious and quiet. Because of the quality of people living here and the police presence, I always feel safe. Would recommend!!

This is by far the best place ever. Being a first time renter they were very helpful with great information. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful. They are like family. I can walk into the office and they already know me by name and face. I highly recommend Portico at Friars Creek Apartments. They are very great about communicating the residence anytime there is a maintenance, water or power issues. They also do great giveaways monthly. Thank you Portico for the awesome customer service that you all give to the residence and future residence.

Been living here for almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. The staff have been so helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance issues or questions I’ve had. They make great effort in hosting events and such for the community. It’s very pet friendly and my neighbors have been so kind.

They are so on top of everything and so helpful from the moment you show interest to the moment you end your lease. The best apartment complex. I’m going to be so sad leaving this place, the staff is beyond amazing and exceeded my expectations. They are so on top of everything and so helpful from the moment you show interest to the moment you end your lease. The best apartment complex. Samantha is really the sweetest person ever, so helpful and there’s not one bad thing to say. My only complaint is the bugs lol made it hard to enjoy the balcony and leaving and entering your house, but that’s Texas for you. Nonetheless, will recommend this apartment to everyone!
