COVID-19 Updates


The health and wellbeing of our residents, onsite teams, and all who visit our properties is Case & Associates top priority. As the COVID-19 situation around the United States continues to evolve rapidly, we are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the CDC. We will continue to respond based on the advice of our government officials, public health authorities and medical professionals. 

Case & Associates is taking additional measures to keep our customers and employees safe. Effective Friday, March 20th through Wednesday, April 15th our offices will be closed to the public, however we will be available to assist your needs by phone, email or our social channels. 

 We’ve outlined in detail the following changes to our business operations.

  • Hours of operation by phone & email

    • Monday-Thursday: 8:30AM-5:30PM

    • Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM

    • Saturday: 10:00AM-3:00PM

  • All amenities will be closed until further notice.

  • Service Requests: At this time, we will only service emergency work orders. Emergency work orders include, but are not limited to: flooding, fire, no heat or air conditioning, refrigerator not working, plumbing; sewer back-ups, clogged toilets (if there is not a functioning toilet in your home).  You may submit all non-emergency work orders through our resident portal or by calling our leasing office. 

  • We are currently not accepting packages, or offering package pick-up.

  • Renewals/Notice to Vacate/Move Out Procedures: Please contact our leasing office to schedule an appointment for further instructions.

  • Rent Payments: We have made access to all residents to pay your rent online through RENTCafé. This includes all ACH and credit/debit card payments.  If you have any questions or help with accessing your account, please contact the leasing office. 

    • Rent will be charged to your account on April 1st. In the event you are not able to pay your April rent on the first, we ask that you contact your onsite office to discuss what options are available.  Our company is compassionate to each unique situation that may come from the COVID-19 and while we still have some limitations to what we can do, we are here to help where we can.  

We encourage you to check with your local churches, food banks and food pantries for grocery assistance.  Through, or by dialing 2-1-1 you can learn about rental assistance programs in your area and additional community resources.  Another resource:
