Case & Associates'
COVID-19 Updates

The health and wellbeing of our residents, onsite teams, and all who visit our properties is Case & Associates top priority. As the COVID-19 situation around the United States continues to evolve, we are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the CDC. We will continue to respond based on the advice of our government officials, public health authorities, and medical professionals.

Case & Associates is taking additional measures to keep our customers and employees safe. Our leasing offices are now open to the public, and we are still adhering to social distancing practices.  Our onsite teams are still available to assist your needs by phone, email, or our social channels.

We’ve outlined in detail the following changes to our business operations.

  • Per State/City orders, the following markets require face masks for individuals entering our buildings (clubhouse, fitness center*, business center, etc.):

    • Little Rock, AR

    • Wichita, KS

    • Ridgeland, MS

  • Hours of operation by phone & email

    • Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM

    • Saturday: 10:00AM-5:00PM

    • Sunday: call for availability

  • Business Centers (where applicable) are open in our clubhouses.  Maintain 6' social distancing practices.  Use at your own risk.

  • Service Requests: We are servicing all maintenance requests.  We will be asking all residents if you or any occupant are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.  If you or any occupant in the apartment displays symptoms, has been exposed to, or has COVID-19, we will not enter the unit, unless an emergency situation arises. Emergency work orders include, but are not limited to: flooding, fire, no heat or air conditioning, refrigerator not working, plumbing; sewer back-ups, clogged toilets (if there is not a functioning toilet in your home).  You may submit all non-emergency work orders through our resident portal or by calling our leasing office.  To assist with keeping our staff and you safe, we reserve the right for our maintenance to request all occupants of the unit to leave the unit while work is performed or at minimum go into a separate room.

  • Renewals/Notice to Vacate/Move Out Procedures: Please contact our leasing office to schedule an appointment for further instructions.

  • Rent payments can be made through your online RENTCafe portal.  Should you need assistance accessing your account, please contact your leasing office.

We encourage you to check with your local churches, food banks, and food pantries for grocery assistance.  Through, or by dialing 2-1-1 you can learn about rental assistance programs in your area and additional community resources.  Another resource:
