Case & Associates'

COVID-19 Updates

The health and wellbeing of our residents, onsite teams, and all who visit our properties is Case & Associates top priority. As the COVID-19 situation around the United States continues to evolve rapidly, we are actively monitoring COVID-19 updates from the CDC. We will continue to respond based on the advice of our government officials, public health authorities and medical professionals.

Case & Associates is taking additional measures to keep our customers and employees safe. Our leasing offices are now open to the public, however, we have an 8 (eight) person max limit in the clubhouses.  Please call your leasing office to schedule an appointment in order to follow all social distancing guidelines.  Our onsite teams are still available to assist your needs by phone, email or our social channels.

  • We are currently not accepting packages, or offering package pick-up.

  • Renewals/Notice to Vacate/Move Out Procedures: Please contact our leasing office to schedule an appointment for further instructions.

  • Rent Payments: We have made access to all residents to pay your rent online through RENTCafé. This includes all ACH and credit/debit card payments.  If you have any questions or help with accessing your account, please contact the leasing office.

    • Rent will be charged to your account on June 1st. In the event you are not able to pay your June rent on the first, we ask that you contact your onsite office to discuss what options are available.  Our company is compassionate to each unique situation that may come from the COVID-19 and while we still have some limitations to what we can do, we are here to help where we can.

We encourage you to check with your local churches, food banks and food pantries for grocery assistance.  Through, or by dialing 2-1-1 you can learn about rental assistance programs in your area and additional community resources.  Another resource:

We have amazing teams that are here for you. This moment reminds us that we’re all connected like never before. We’re called upon to be our best selves, with patience, understanding and compassion. We have taken the above steps to minimize the risk for everyone involved.

This will be an evolving situation as we learn more about the current challenges and the guidance from governing authorities changes. As these changes occur, we will adjust our operations accordingly and will notify you of any changes via email.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.  We continue to be hopeful that a sense of normalcy will soon be restored.
