With certain breed restrictions, our pet policy at Mountain Village Apartments allows for up to two pets per household. Pet rent per month is $30 per pet along with a one-time and non-refundable fee. This fee is $400 per pet up to 40 pounds or $500 per pet 41 to 80 pounds in weight.
