We love living here! We looked at four other 55+ communities in the Cedar Park/North Austin area and found that Solea had the best floorplans to make the most use out of square footage, along with the largest closets. The pool and palm trees are located in the center courtyard so everyone can see them from their balconies and hallways. Our windows extend the entire length of the apartment, giving us lots of natural light. The Clubhouse, Bistro & Kitchen together as one big room make a great space for us all to gather for the many social events that the management provides for us. We also have our choice of a different exercise class each morning, along with numerous other activities. Everyone has been very welcoming, and we have made many new friends now that we sold our house and aren’t spending time on home maintenance and yardwork. We’ll be renewing our lease and are thankful that we found Solea!

I Love this place. Best apartments around. Very quiet.

My wife and I moved to Solea five months ago and we love it here. We chose Solea after visiting at least a half dozen properties in the Cedar Park area. Solea was — by far — the most welcoming place we visited, and the best value. We talked with three residents we met while walking around the grounds and they each spoke highly of their Solea living experience. We even talked with a gentleman at another property who said he and his wife made the mistake of moving out of Solea and were planning to move back, which they did! We’ve settled into our two-bedroom apartment home and have made many new friends. There’s a lot to do here, from social activities and exercise classes, to cards, crafting and learning opportunities. Ashleigh, our community manager, is always positive and friendly. She works diligently with her team and the residents to assure Solea continues to be a friendly, caring and quality place to live for people looking for a 55+ active lifestyle.
