- Maximum of 2 pets allowed – breed restrictions apply
- Pet rent $25 (per pet, per month)
- $400 fee per pet (non-refundable fee) for pets up to 40 lbs

*Service Animals are not considered pets. Pet fees and pet rent are not applicable for these service animals. Additional documentation may be requested.
