Each of our 1- and 2-bedroom apartments helps create a stylish living space that is as comfortable as it is well equipped. Available in six configurations ranging from 790 to 1,470 sq. ft., our 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are available with customizable features, including a wood-burning fireplace or private balcony with scenic views, allowing you to find the right balance between the space you need and the lifestyle you’d like to live.

Our 1- and 2-bedroom apartments offer a luxurious residential experience in northern Owasso, with the allure of the greater Tulsa area just a short trip from your doorstep. Explore the local charm of Owasso’s delightful eateries and shops, or venture into the heart of Tulsa to dive into the iconic blend of Midwestern and Southern culture you can only find here in the heart of Oklahoma.

The pet policy at Cottages at Tallgrass Point allows for a maximum of two pets with breed restrictions applied and approval from management required. The pet rent is $30 per pet per month on top of a one-time $500 fee for pets up to 80 pounds. This fee is non-refundable.
