We charge a nonrefundable $75 application fee, which covers the cost of running your background and credit checks. In addition, there’s a separate administrative fee due at the time you apply. This fee may be refundable if we deny your application or if you choose to cancel within the required timeframe.

Rent depends on the size of the apartment you choose, like a studio, a 1 bed/1 bath, or a 2 bed/1 bath. Prices can also change based on how many homes are available at the time, and off of the current market demands as well. We stay comparable to current market trends. The starting at price is the lowest rate, but the final cost may be higher depending on the apartment’s features.

You may bring up to two pets to your apartment home, with standard breed restrictions in place for everyone. Each pet requires a one-time, nonrefundable fee as well as a monthly pet rent. These costs can vary, so we encourage you to call or contact our leasing office online for the most up-to-date amounts and to review the full pet policy before applying. Pet rent is $30 per pet per month, with a $500 nonrefundable fee per pet.
