View Floor PlansMoved my son to these apartments in October. His apartment is clean, safe & the assigned covered parking is a bonus. Had a couple maintenance requests that were promptly fixed.
Our microwave went out and we had a new one within a day! Thank you, Persimmon Square! Also thank you to the very strong maintenance man who installed the new one all by himself!
Ariel was so organized and efficient the whole rental process was painless! The staff are all very friendly and maintenance took care of a few issues the same day! I really like my new little community.
