I lived at The Mark for 10 years and Staff was very helpful and kind. Maintenance always kept the yards and landfill clean. The lawn was done every 2-3 days. You didn’t mind paying your rent because you could see where your money was being put into the complex (painting, clubhouse). As more people moved in with children, maintenance never complained about picking up trash or having to help someone at the apartment complex. All Staff seemed sincere and eager to make life easier for you at The Mark Apartments. It is also very spacious! If I ever move back to Mississippi I will go to The Mark before going to any other complex. I loved my home!

Maintenance requests was handled immediately and problem solved. Can’t say enough good things about the staff here!

We moved to the Mark after a work transfer. The staff at the Mark is amazing. They respond to any issue quickly and professionally. The made the transition smooth and comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. It is not a uncommon sight to see neighbors, and be greeted warmly by both residents and staff. The maintenance staff if courteous, responsive, and very skilled. We have lived here for a year now and have been greatly pleased with the experience totally. The only regret I have is that I can only rate The Mark 5 stars and not 10.
